treatment FEES

My standard fee is 400 dollars for a 30 minute visit. I do offer reduced rates within reason. I do not charge for texts, emails, brief phone calls, or refills. In budgeting my cost, please remember I usually see patients once per month or less.

CANCELATION POLICY

I request at least 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments. I charge for missed appointments because there are others who could have benefited from that time.

INSURANCE

I am an out-of-network provider. I am happy to provide a Superbill for reimbursement. Please check coverage with your specific insurance provider.

SCHEDULING

I work on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS from 7 AM to 2.00 PM and 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM

COMMUNICATION

I am always available by text or email and will respond within 24 hrs. I encourage patients to stay in close contact with me.

NEW PATIENTS

I am usually booked out a few weeks in advance but I always have late cancellations
